I have become handicap over the last couple of years, and use a wheelchair more than not. I lived in a townhouse with two flights of stairs. Fred looked diligently for suitable accommodations. Fred must have looked a lot of properties, and showed me a few, which helped narrow the search. After  several months of searching Fred found the perfect property for me. It is not only a single floor layout, but it is ADA approved housing, so all the counters and cooking surfaces are at wheelchair level, there is a ramp to access the property.. AND there is a roll in shower. Fred found the property that perfectly satisfied my wish list for a new home. Then he found the perfect buyer for my townhouse, and got my asking price.
